    WASHINGTON (BP) -- President Donald Trump told participants at the 47th March for Life Friday (Jan. 24) he was "truly proud to stand" with them as the first chief executive of the United States to speak in person at the annual event.

    Speaking to tens of thousands of pro-lifers, Trump said, "It is my profound honor to be the first president in history to attend the March for Life. We're here for a very simple reason -- to defend the right of every child born and unborn to fulfill their God-given potential." Read More

  • Surge in abortion restrictions bolsters 2020 March for Life

    NASHVILLE (BP) -- As pro-life advocates marched on Washington Friday (Jan. 24), state legislatures had passed 58 abortion restrictions in 2019. But measures providing the most protection for the unborn are blocked in court.

    Nearly half of the restrictions enacted in 2019, 25, would ban all or at least some abortions, Guttmacher Institute reported, setting the stage for Supreme Court challenges to Roe v. Wade 47 years after its passage. Read More

    OWENSBORO, Ky. (BP) -- Bellevue Baptist Church in Owensboro, Ky., takes literally the command to make disciples of all nations. Many times, the nations are in the neighborhood.
